Refund Policy

Digital products, all sales final.

101+ Guilt-Free Treats is a digital product (a downloadable PDF ebook). Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and kept, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed and the download has been made available.

By completing your purchase you agree that:

1. You are buying a digital download, not a physical product, and no shipping is involved.
2. Access is delivered immediately after payment via an on-screen download link and an email link.
3. You are waiving any right to a cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law, because you are requesting and receiving immediate access to digital content.
4. Because the product is delivered in full at the time of purchase, you are not entitled to a refund for change of mind, lack of use, or reasons unrelated to the file being inaccessible.

If your download does not work

Reach us through our contact form within 7 days and we will re-send your file or provide a working link. We want every customer to receive exactly what they paid for.

Before requesting a chargeback

Please email us first. Nearly every issue (a broken link, a spam-filtered email) is fixed within one business day. Filing a chargeback for a digital product you have downloaded may be considered a breach of these terms.
