- Yogurt layer. Built from 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt + 1 tbsp honey.
- Berry chia jam. Built from 1 1/2 cups berries.
How to make it
Stir chia pudding ingredients; whisk again after 5 min; chill 4 hr.

Make the berry chia jam; chill.

Sweeten the yogurt with honey.

Layer in 4 glasses: chia pudding, yogurt, berry jam, repeat.

Top with fresh berries and a few oats or nuts.
