What you'll need
Everything here is a real ingredient you can find in a normal shop. Nothing artificial, no powders pretending to be sugar. Here is the full list, with the quantities I actually use.
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (125 g) almond or peanut butter (natural)
- 1/2 cup (40 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (optional, for chocolate ones)
- 1 tsp vanilla, pinch salt
- Optional: 3–5 drops stevia if truly needed
How to make it
Stir the melted coconut oil and nut butter until smooth.

Mix in shredded coconut, chia, cacao (if using), vanilla and salt.

Spoon into a mini silicone mold or mini muffin liners.

Freeze 30 minutes until solid.

Pop out and store in the freezer; eat straight from cold (they soften at room temperature).

Storage
