  • 1/4 cup (85 g) raw honey
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups (240 g) whole-wheat pastry flour

  • 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves, pinch salt
