- 2 1/2 cups (600 g) Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries + a handful blueberries
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate, melted (to drizzle)
- Optional: chopped pistachios, coconut
How to make it
Line a tray with parchment.

Stir yogurt, honey and vanilla; spread about 1 cm thick on the tray.

Scatter over the berries; press in lightly.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate; add nuts/coconut.

Freeze 4 hours until solid. Break into shards. Keep frozen; serve straight away.

Keep it covered in the fridge and it will hold for three to four days. If you are making it ahead, hold back any fresh topping until just before you serve so nothing goes soft. Most of these freeze well too, wrapped tight, for up to three months.
