How to make it

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) pure maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) whole-wheat pastry flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup no-sugar-added dark chocolate chips
