Frozen Fruit Yogurt Clusters
One of 2026's most viral treats: berries folded into honey-Greek yogurt, spooned into little clusters, and dipped in a glossy honey-cacao shell. The frozen crack when you bite is the whole show.

Why you'll love this recipe
- One of the most-requested recipes here
- Not one spoon of refined sugar
- No baking required
- Sweetened with real honey
- A genuine hit of protein
What you'll need
Everything here is a real ingredient you can find in a normal shop. Nothing artificial, no powders pretending to be sugar. Here is the full list, with the quantities I actually use.
- 1 1/2 cups (360 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp raw honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
- Vera's Honey-Cacao Chocolate (see B02):** 1/2 cup melted coconut oil + 1/3 cup cacao + 3 tbsp honey
How to make it
Line a tray with parchment.
Stir yogurt, honey and vanilla; gently fold in the berries.

Spoon into 8 rough clusters on the tray.
Freeze 2 hours until solid.
Whisk the honey-cacao chocolate; spoon or drizzle over each frozen cluster (it sets on contact). Freeze 30 minutes more. Serve straight from the freezer.
Storage
Keep it covered in the fridge and it will hold for three to four days. If you are making it ahead, hold back any fresh topping until just before you serve so nothing goes soft. Most of these freeze well too, wrapped tight, for up to three months.
