  • 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 tbsp raw honey, 1 tsp vanilla, zest of 1/2 lemon

  • Berry sauce: 1 1/2 cups berries mashed with 1 tbsp honey
  • Nut crumb: 1/2 cup toasted ground walnuts + oats
